How accurate are your sizes?
Each painting comes with a stretching area of about 10cm on each side. The painting theme itself is 70x100cm. We always recommend waiting until you receive your painting before arranging any framing. Please do not give the sizes on our website to your framer, instead arrange for them to measure the canvas when it arrives. 

Artwork care and condition
We care and pay a lot of attention to the condition of the canvases. The majority of the paintings are made with spray paint or other tools not best suitable for canvas and may lead to unwanted cracks. To try avoid this as much as possible, we wrap the painting in tissue- and wrapping paper. We then role the painting loose and place it in a ridged tube for delivery. 
        Please note: Some of the canvases may have been stretched when shown on an exhibition. The tool we use to stretch in a normal staple gun on wood. This may lead to tiny marks where the needles was placed. The marks are always within the stretching area and therefore not visible when you stretch and frame the painting yourself.

Do you offer framing?
Sorry, no.

Are these paintings originals?
Yes, each painting is an original and made by its respective artist.

Shipping and Delivery

How do you ship the paintings?
Our paintings are not stretched or framed. They’re shipped rolled in a tube. As soon as your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to your email and cannot be cancelled.

Is shipping/delivery free?
Unfortunately, no. The amount you pay at checkout does not include any of the tax or custom duty charges or shipping costs. You will be responsible for any TAX/CUSTOM duty or any related charges and will also be advised to insure any shipment.

What happens if I miss the scheduleD delivery?
If you miss the date or time when the delivery for you was scheduled, you need to contact your post office to set up a new date when to deliver the package for you. We do not do this for you.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Will my delivery require a signature?
You order may require a signature on delivery. We recommend you use the address with someone available to receive.
